The plant reaches a height of 200 cm. The flowers are 15 cm in diameter and consist of 5 petals. Flowering of the variety occurs in the period from July to September.

The variety belongs to the group of clematis that bloom on current year's shoots. Autumn pruning of shoots at a height of 5–15 cm from the ground level is recommended, followed by covering, for example with peat, for protection during the winter period.
