Large-flowered clematis with double and semi-double flowers 15–17 cm in diameter. Sepals are elliptic-acuminate in shape and light violet-blue in color. Yellow stamens are located on white filaments. Leaves are light green, entire, simple cordate or trifoliate.

Vine height ranges from 1.5 to 2.5 meters. The variety belongs to pruning group 2. Flowering is profuse, continuing from mid-May to July; flowers are formed on both previous year's shoots and current year's shoots, starting from a height of about 1 meter from the base.

The plant possesses high winter hardiness (USDA zones 4–9) and is intended for vertical landscaping. Clematis can be grown against trellises, obelisks, and fences, and can also use coniferous or deciduous shrubs as supports.
