The plant has a compact habit and reaches a height of 1–1.5 m. The flowers are 10–12 cm in diameter and have a light fragrance; the stamens have reddish-brown tips on a yellow base. The flowering period lasts from late spring to the end of summer.

The variety belongs to pruning group 2 and is characterized by winter hardiness in USDA zones 4–9. It is suitable for landscaping small gardens, terraces, and patios, as well as for growing in pots.
