The variety is classified as a Viorna group hybrid, with a possible origin linked to the crossing of C. viorna and C. viticella. Flowers with a diameter of 2–3.5 cm have a purple-grey or pinkish hue when opening, eventually becoming pure white or cream.

The plant is deciduous with dark green foliage; shoot height reaches 1.5–4 meters. Flowering continues from July to September. The variety is winter hardy (zone 4) and resistant to diseases.

Belongs to the group of plants requiring hard pruning in early spring to a height of 20–25 cm from the ground, as the above-ground part often dies back during the winter. Suitable for vertical landscaping, container cultivation, and use as a cut flower.
