The variety is a deciduous perennial climbing plant reaching a height of about 2 meters. The leaves are dark green and pinnate. Large flowers are white with a purple tint that lightens as the flower ages, and have purple anthers.

The plant blooms from early summer to early autumn on the current year's shoots, which corresponds to the third pruning group. The variety prefers sunny locations or partial shade, as well as well-drained and moist soils. Low pruning is recommended for successful overwintering.

Due to its compactness, the plant is suitable for use in vertical landscaping of walls, pergolas, and trellises, as well as for growing in containers or small gardens.
