Variety description

The variety belongs to the Atragene group. Flowers are double, bell-shaped, nodding, large (10–12 cm in diameter), and situated on purple pedicels. The buds are greenish in color; upon opening, the flowers are light-lemon, fading to white as blooming progresses. Leaves are dark green, ternate, up to 21 cm in length and 14 cm in width.

The plant is a liana 2–3 meters in height, clinging to supports with leaf petioles. The variety blooms in May with a repeat, less profuse flowering in July–August. It belongs to pruning group 1. Frost resistance corresponds to zone 4 (down to -29...-34 °C). It prefers sunny sites or partial shade, and fertile, moderately moist soils.

The variety is suitable for vertical gardening on supports, arbors, and arches, for container cultivation, or as a groundcover plant in the absence of supports.
