Variety description

10 August 2026

The plant is vigorous, reaching 4–5 meters in height, and forms a dense, spreading crown. The variety ripens in the first half of September. The fruits have an obovate, angular, slightly flattened shape, reaching a weight of up to 3 g and a size of up to 26х23х20 mm. The shell is reddish-brown, glossy, quite thick, and easy to crack. The kernel is juicy, sweet, and aromatic, almost completely filling the shell.

The variety possesses good winter hardiness and is resistant to hazelnut bud mite infestation and short-term frosts. Yield ranges from 5.5 to 9 kg per bush. The variety is a good pollinator for other varieties, but it requires cross-pollination itself, for which the varieties Halle, Lambert's White, and Cosford are recommended.
