The plant is a vigorously growing branched shrub with a spreading crown. The fruits of the variety are large, about 2.5 cm in size, grouped in clusters of 1–4. The shape of the nut is obovate or blunt-conical, slightly flattened. The shell is thick and hard, dark brown in color; the kernel is distinguished by its large size, juiciness, and high fat content.
The variety possesses high winter hardiness and resistance to major diseases. It is widely used in commercial and amateur gardening for fruit production, and is also valued as an effective pollinator for other hazelnut varieties.
