The plant is a medium-vigorous shrub that, when trained, takes the form of a tree with a slender spherical crown. Large nuts weighing 4.2–4.7 g have a spherical-oval shape and brown-orange coloration with dark stripes. The shell is thin, and the kernel makes up 46–48% of the total fruit mass.

Fruit ripening occurs in early to mid-September or early October. The variety is characterized by high yield but is self-incompatible with poorly viable pollen, therefore it requires other pollinator varieties. The plant has high susceptibility to eastern filbert blight and requires protection against moniliasis.
