The variety is intended for cultivation for medical purposes. The quality of the leaves obtained meets the strict requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, as the raw material contains gallotannins and flavonoids, which have astringent and antiseptic effects.

The plant is light-loving and heat-loving. The harvesting of leaves for medicinal needs is carried out in July–August. Propagation of the variety in cultivation is carried out by seeds, layering, or cuttings.
