Variety description

The shrub is characterized by a compact shape and reaches a height of about 2 meters and a width of 1.5 meters 10 years after planting. The leaves have a green color during the spring-summer period, acquiring yellow, orange, or red shades in autumn.

The plant flowers profusely with bright pink paniculate inflorescences from summer to autumn and is capable of flowering in the first year after planting. The variety is winter hardy down to -25 °C and drought tolerant, prefers sunny locations or partial shade and well-drained soils.

The plant tolerates pruning well, which is recommended to be carried out in spring to maintain shape and stimulate flowering on annual shoots. In regions with cold winds and late frosts, planting in protected areas is recommended.
