Variety description

The variety is a deciduous shrub up to 2–3 meters in height with a corresponding crown width. Young foliage has a gray-green hue, which changes to purple during the summer period. In the autumn period, the leaf color acquires bright shades of red, orange, and purple.

The plant is distinguished by abundant panicle inflorescences of a rich red-purple color, which remain on the shrub from summer to autumn. The variety is hardy, intended for ornamental use in landscape design, and prefers sunny or semi-shaded locations with well-drained soils.
