The Verdone F1 hybrid is a mid-late plant, characterized by vigorous development and high productivity. The fruits have an oval shape, dark green rind, and a medium-sized seed cavity.
The average fruit weight is 1.8–2.0 kg. Sugar content levels reach 14–15° Brix. The variety has good keeping quality during storage.
The plant has high resistance to Fusarium wilt (races 0–2) and intermediate resistance to powdery mildew.
