The plant is vigorous, forms vines up to 2–3 meters long or more, and is capable of setting several fruits. The ripening period ranges from 90–95 to 130 days. Fruits weigh on average from 4 to 10 kg, in some cases reaching 15 kg, and have a slightly segmented rind of gray, blue-gray, or gray-green color.
The flesh of the variety is non-fibrous, dense, and suitable for making soups, purées, baking, and pies. The variety is characterized as undemanding, with noted resistance to powdery mildew. Thanks to its qualities, the fruits are capable of being stored until spring.
