The tree has a dense crown structure and a vigorous growth rate, reaching six meters in height within the first 10 years. The plant is a sterile hybrid and is propagated mainly by cuttings.

The variety is characterized by resistance to wind and Verticillium wilt; however, it is susceptible to root rot under unfavorable soil conditions. Caution should be exercised when handling the needles due to the risk of allergic reactions.

The plant prefers sunny or partially shaded areas with fertile, well-drained soils. It is used in landscape design for creating hedges and windbreaks, requiring regular pruning for crown formation.
