The tree is medium-sized, reaching a height of 3.5–4.5 meters, with a characteristic rounded crown, often forming 6–7 trunks. The fruits weighing 150–250 g have lemon-yellow skin and light-cream, juicy flesh with a distinct aroma. The variety is self-fertile and matures in mid-October.
The variety possesses good tolerance to low temperatures and satisfactory keeping quality of fruits, which are suitable for storage until March. The plant is characterized by medium resistance to diseases, particularly fire blight. In nursery production, clones based on this variety have been selected for use as a rootstock for pear.
