The variety is late-ripening; harvesting begins in October. The fruits have a golden-yellow color and a smooth surface; upon full maturity, the fuzz disappears. The flesh is distinguished by juiciness, a pleasant aroma, and a sweet-and-sour taste; the fruits have a persistent, intense smell.
The plant blooms with light pink flowers. Successful cultivation requires fertile, permeable soils, as well as a sunny or semi-shaded location.
