The variety belongs to the «Camus de Bretagne» group and was bred based on hybrid progeny obtained from crossing the «Camus de Bretagne» and «Romanesco» varieties. The plants are characterized by the presence of a small number of side shoots on the main stem.

The produce consists of rounded or globular flower heads of green color. The variety belongs to the early category and is used as a vegetable crop for consumption in boiled or canned form.
