The variety possesses high wear resistance to mechanical stress and trampling, and is also distinguished by exceptional winter hardiness. It is characterized by a genetically darker green color and good color retention indices during the autumn months.

The plant has a low growth type, intended for sports and lawn coverings, including golf courses, football fields, polo grounds and racetracks, as well as private and public gardens.
