The variety belongs to C4 plants and develops optimally at temperatures of 25–35°C. The plant forms a semi-dwarf type of cover with short internodes and narrow leaves 2–4 mm wide. Propagation occurs via stolons and rhizomes; the variety's seeds are released in pelleted form for protection and ease of sowing.

The plant possesses high resistance to drought, soil salinity, intensive trampling, as well as to Spring dead spot and Dollar spot diseases. At soil temperatures below 10–12°C, the variety enters a state of dormancy and loses color. The variety is intended for the establishment of football fields, golf courses, parks, and the production of sod rolls.
