The variety is the first seeded hybrid obtained by cross-pollination of elite parent clones. The plant forms a developed system of underground rhizomes and above-ground stolons, ensuring rapid coverage of the area in 4–8 weeks at soil temperatures above 18°C.

The lawn possesses high wear resistance and the ability for rapid recovery, which makes it suitable for sports fields and golf courses. The variety is distinguished by its dark green color, good salt tolerance, and ability to maintain color into the autumn period.

The plant is sensitive to shading and requires low mowing to a height of 5 to 25 mm. When sowing, seeds are planted at a depth of no more than 3–6 mm.
