The variety forms a dense, tight turf with a texture ranging from moderately fine to medium and has a dark green color. Intended for use on golf courses, sports fields, and in landscape design.

Possesses good resistance to low temperatures, which allows for its use in transition climate zones. Characterized by high drought tolerance and improved resistance to spring dead spot.
