The variety is intended for creating dense cover on sports grounds, golf courses, and private plots. The plant is distinguished by a dark green color, fine-leaf structure, and the ability to quickly form a dense turf.

The variety possesses resistance to high temperatures and drought, and also exhibits winter hardiness, which allows it to be grown in transition climatic zones. In spring, the grass stand is characterized by early resumption of vegetation.

Sowing is recommended to be carried out at a soil temperature from 18°C. Mowing of the grass stand at a height from 1.3 to 5 cm is permissible. Maintenance involves regular application of nitrogen fertilizers during the season.
