The variety is a turfgrass bred for forming a dense and wear-resistant cover on sports facilities and golf courses. It possesses high drought tolerance, stress tolerance, and the ability for rapid vegetative propagation via rhizomes and stolons.

Unlike wild forms of Cynodon, which are classified as weeds, this variety is bred specifically for high-quality turf cover. Detailed morphological characteristics of the variety are absent in open agrotechnical passports.
