The variety has an aggressive creeping growth habit with a developed system of rhizomes and stolons. The plants form a dense stand with a fine leaf blade width and dark-green color.

The variety is distinguished by high adaptability, exhibiting resistance to heat, drought and heavy foot traffic. It is capable of growing in soils with a pH level from 5.5 to 8.0 and is characterized by rapid spring regrowth.

Intended for the creation of sports grounds, golf courses, lawns and park areas. It is also used for soil stabilization on roadsides and erosion prevention.
