The variety forms a dense, dark green turf with a fine-to-medium leaf texture. The plant is characterized by reduced height compared to common forms of the species, possesses high germination energy, and achieves full surface coverage in 4–6 weeks.

The plant is distinguished by increased resistance to drought, wear, and the ability to withstand low mowing. During the selection process, plants were selected for resistance to pests, including the bermudagrass mite, which ensures overall high tolerance to stress factors.
