The variety is intended for creating high-quality lawns at sports facilities and golf courses, as well as for landscaping public areas and soil stabilization. It is characterized by rapid rooting, the formation of a dense dark green stand, and a medium-fine leaf texture.

The plant possesses exceptional resistance to trampling, heat, and salinity. The recommended mowing height starts from 10–15 mm. At temperatures below 10–12 °C, the variety enters a dormant state; therefore, overseeding with perennial ryegrass is recommended to maintain the decorative appearance of the turf during the winter period.

The seeds of the variety may be treated with FITÓ OPTIMA technology to improve moisture retention and germination efficiency. The variety is adapted to Mediterranean, subtropical, and tropical climates.
