Princess 77 is a seeded hybrid (F1) developed to form a dense turf with a fine leaf texture and a dark green color. The variety is intended for use on golf courses, sports fields, and park areas.

The plant is characterized by high drought tolerance and the ability to recover quickly after mechanical damage. The variety retains its color during the autumn period; the recommended mowing height ranges from 5 to 25 mm.
