The plant is a shrub forming a dense silhouette 35–40 cm in height and width. The leaves are small, linear, dark green, and glossy. The flowering period lasts from June or July to October; the flowers are bell-shaped and have a light lilac or pale pink hue.
The variety is intended for landscaping rock gardens, heather gardens, and borders, as well as for container cultivation. It is a honey plant. Frost resistance is down to –15 °C. The plant prefers sunny or slightly shaded areas with acidic, well-drained sandy or peaty soil, requiring regular moisture without water stagnation.
