Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is synthetic, developed by recurrent selection with an emphasis on productivity during the autumn-winter period, tillering, and disease resistance. It belongs to the long-cycle group of varieties with late flowering and a strong tendency toward inflorescence formation prior to vernalization.

The plant possesses good establishment ability and drought tolerance, yet it is sensitive to intensive grazing and trampling. It poorly tolerates excessive waterlogging and poorly drained soils. Compared to modern varieties, it is characterized by lower productivity.
