The fruits of the variety are suitable for fresh consumption and processing. They produce high-quality dried fruits and jams, which are distinguished by an increased content of biologically active substances compared to a number of other varieties.

Under hydrothermal stress conditions, the variety demonstrates stability of leaf water deficit, which indicates a certain drought tolerance. The plant is actively used in scientific work on clonal micropropagation and the study of morphogenesis in vitro, and methods for introducing explants into culture have been developed for it.
