Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety was obtained as a result of crossing Kaki Okitsu-20 and Taishuu. It belongs to the group of varieties whose fruits do not require artificial removal of astringency and remain sweet under any growing conditions.

Fruit ripening occurs at the end of November, which is comparable to the ripening period of the Fuyu variety. The nitrate nitrogen content in the fruits may vary depending on growing conditions and the level of mineral nutrition.

Agrotechnical issues include grafting compatibility features typical of a number of modern Japanese persimmon varieties.
