The variety belongs to the turf-type group of tall fescue. Unlike traditional forage varieties, it is characterized by a finer leaf structure and reduced plant height.

The plant is a perennial bunchgrass with a developed root system. Due to high drought and heat tolerance, the variety is recommended for establishing resilient lawns, park zones, and sports grounds.
