The variety is intended for use as turf grass. It is applied in the creation of areas requiring high resistance to external stress and is often included in grass mixtures for landscaping or overseeding damaged areas.

The plant forms a high-quality turf cover with acceptable texture, density, and color. Due to its deep root system, the variety exhibits adaptive properties to moisture deficit and is capable of growing in semi-arid climate conditions.
