The variety is intended for creating high-quality lawns in private and public areas, sports fields, and for sod production. The grass stand is characterized by high density, slow growth, and the formation of a wide crown.

The plant possesses increased resistance to brown spot, gray leaf spot, and Pythium, as well as high tolerance to intensive traffic and recovers quickly. The variety is adapted to summer stresses, cold winters, and saline soils, and is often enriched with endophytes for protection against pests.
