Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is a perennial plant and forms a dense stand with a rich dark green color. Its distinctive features are narrow leaves for this species and a powerful deep root system, which provides effective moisture supply during dry periods.

The plant possesses high adaptability to extreme climatic conditions, including heat, cold, and shading, and is also resistant to trampling. The variety shows increased resistance to Rhizoctonia, crown rust, net blotch, Cercospora, Fusarium, stripe smut, and powdery mildew.

The variety has a universal turf purpose and is often included in grass mixtures. It is recommended for use in areas with low maintenance levels, as well as for forming cover in both sunny areas and in the shade.
