The variety is intended for creating sports fields, golf courses, racetracks, and landscaping. The plant is characterized by high resistance to drought, heat, trampling, and shade, and also possesses a high capacity for recovery.

The variety possesses resistance to brown patch and demonstrates good growth performance during the winter period. The crop is distinguished by a low requirement for fertilizers and mowing frequency, while a mowing height starting from 20 mm is permissible.
