Lateral Spread technology ensures the formation of short underground shoots, which distinguishes the variety from classical bunch-type tall fescue forms. The plant is characterized by narrow leaves, uniform stand density, and a dark green color.

The variety develops a deep root system, which ensures drought tolerance and regeneration upon damage. A high level of endophyte content increases resistance to pests; resistance to brown patch and mechanical stress is also noted.

It is used for creating ornamental and sports turf, and is often used in seed mixtures for sod production. Turf quality is maintained under medium maintenance levels and intensive use.
