The variety belongs to the Turf Type Tall Fescue category. It is characterized by high turf density, good color, and improved leaf texture. In industry indices, the variety is found under the designations ATF 006 for «Ninja» and ATP 1247 for «Ninja 3».

The plant possesses high turf strength and good adaptability to various climatic conditions, including low maintenance levels. Improved resistance to Brown Patch and the ability to maintain quality indicators when irrigated with saline water have been noted.
