The variety has a dark green genetic color and very fine leaves that maintain their structure throughout the season. It is characterized by high turf density and rapid establishment on the site, and also demonstrates intensive green-up at the beginning of the growing season.
The plant possesses high tolerance to drought, heat, and good growth capacity in shaded conditions. The variety is distinguished by high resistance to leaf rust, red thread, Fusarium patch, leaf spot, and Pythium.
