The variety belongs to the category of turf-type tall fescue. The name SRP (Spread-Rhizomatous-Perennial) indicates the presence of rhizomatous activity, allowing the plant to form underground shoots and self-repair the turf. The plant has high density and fine leaf texture, approaching Kentucky bluegrass in its aesthetic characteristics. It possesses good resistance to major turfgrass diseases, including Rhizoctonia.
