The variety has a rhizomatous growth habit, allowing it to form new shoots away from the mother plant. This ensures the creation of a dense "net" turf structure, which promotes the rapid formation of a strong sod suitable for sod production.

The plant has a medium to dark green color and a moderately fine leaf texture. The variety contains endophytes for protection against insect pests and exhibits resistance to brown patch, heat, and drought.

Intended for the creation of high-quality permanent lawns, including golf courses and areas with low maintenance intensity. Can be used both as a monoculture and as part of grass mixtures.
