The variety is intended for creating high-quality lawns at sports facilities, in parks, and private landscapes. The plant forms a dense stand of dark green color with a medium-fine leaf texture.

Characterized by high drought tolerance and wear resistance. Shows resistance to certain fungal diseases, in particular, red thread.
