The variety forms underground shoots (rhizomes), which ensures the ability to self-repair after mechanical damage and wear. The plant has a fine leaf texture and a dark green color, allowing it to be used for creating sports lawns, park areas, and commercial sites.
The plant demonstrates good adaptability to various conditions, including shading and moisture deficit, and is often used in mixtures with Kentucky bluegrass (Poa pratensis). The variety exhibits natural resistance to brown patch and may contain endophytic fungi that increase protection against above-ground pests.
