The variety belongs to the lawn type and has a medium leaf texture. The plant is characterized by rapid germination and the ability to form dense turf, which makes it suitable for creating high-quality coverings on sports fields, golf courses, in parks, and in residential areas.

The plant possesses pronounced resistance to stress factors, including drought, and effectively resists infection by brown patch. The variety can be sown both as a monoculture and as part of grass mixtures, and individual seed lots may contain endophytes to increase protection against pests.
