The variety is intended for the formation of turf surfaces. It is characterized by good shoot density and has a rich color from medium to dark green shade.

The plant possesses high resistance to diseases, drought tolerance, and the ability to tolerate both moisture deficit and excess due to a developed root system. The variety has passed specialized testing as turf grass.
