The variety possesses a self-repairing property (SRP), which is provided by the formation of underground shoots, or rhizomes. This feature allows the turf to self-recover after damage and trampling.
The plant has high stand density, a compact growth habit, fine leaf texture, and a dark green color. The variety is characterized by high resistance to brown patch, as well as to extreme conditions, including drought and heat. Intended for establishing lawns at sports facilities and landscape areas; not used as a forage crop.
