The variety is intended for creating high-quality turf cover in park areas, home gardens, and sports fields. It is characterized by aggressive tillering, rapid establishment, and maintains high density at mowing heights from 1.3 to 7.6 cm.

The plant possesses pronounced heat tolerance and drought resistance, as well as resistance to brown and gray leaf spot. The variety is suitable for both intensive and extensive management and is classified as a cool-season crop.
