The variety forms short rhizomes, which contributes to improved turf recovery. The plant is characterized by an intense dark green color, maintained throughout the year, and has a fine leaf texture ensuring high stand density.

The variety possesses resistance to red thread, Fusarium, Helminthosporium, and Rhizoctonia. Due to the ability to withstand intense mechanical loads and drought conditions, the variety is used for establishing sports and ornamental lawns.
