The variety is adapted for low-maintenance sites and demonstrates the retention of a high percentage of green cover under insufficient irrigation. During the breeding process, selection was conducted to increase seed productivity.
A key feature of the variety is its natural resistance to glyphosate. The sheep fescue belongs to the fine fescue group, which tolerates low mowing poorly, requiring a sward height of at least 6 cm, and requires minimal nitrogen fertilization.
